During the FDW you will learn to teach the program by gaining a deep understanding of the behavioral science underpinning each lesson. Through practice and feedback, students learn to apply adult learning theory as classroom instructors. At the conclusion of the FDW, students are given all teaching materials required to run the programs locally and are mentored to set up the program with IACP’s assistance.
