Join the Sindey, MT, Police Department as they receive training from subject matter expert Detective Robert Finch, of the Greensboro, North Carolina, Police Department and Proactive Consulting, Inc. on recognizing and identifying sovereign citizens and first amendment auditors, understanding subculture movements, and enhancing officer safety and ensuring professional and productive encounters while maintaining civil rights. Throughout the course participants will learn recognize and describe common sovereign ideology and language, recognize sovereign forms of identification and documents, identifying common forms of sovereign “paper terrorism”, and increase overall awareness.
